How long does it take to build my website?
Usually 5-10 working days from the first conversation, depending on scope. After the 15-minute intro call (step 1), we give you a fixed date, not a vague estimate.
Do I need to worry about hosting or technical maintenance?
No. Hosting, SSL encryption, updates and security are entirely on us. That's part of every website, not an add-on. You only reach out when you want to change something in the content.
What if I don't like the result?
You see the draft before it goes live and give feedback (step 3 of our process). Still not happy afterward? You pay nothing. Our satisfaction guarantee, not a marketing line.
Is my data safe and GDPR-compliant?
Yes: contact form data is processed only to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and all fonts are self-hosted instead of loaded from Google's servers. Details in our privacy policy.
